i'm not sure what happend of course but some people can shut down there feelings really easily. it still hurts with them but they rather not deal with the pian. mabey she could do that to but i'm really sure that if you talk with someone for 8 years they will not forget you so easily and it is really hard to forget them and your deventually not disposible, but don't worry you'll be fine i am sure of that ^_^
