I know how you feel bro... My psp's screen cracked in my pocket and I was unable to order a new screen for it or return it to sony T^T
Mine had a cracked screen, randomly opening, hardly reads memory stick, wont play game, cant connect to internet, and low volume.
I don't know why I didnt stop working before.
