Well I've got it and will give small review of all I know so far.

Character customization dropped. You can pick clothes out individually; No bra, tshirt, shirt, jacket options anymore. Its just bra and pre-set top

Rival gang are nice because they have levels of enemies. you can start off will shootouts with regular people, and excel into a high speed with an emo chick with super sonic roller blades and an atomic hammer. With shit like this, you'll miss 'em after you kick their asses

Guns are plenty and awesome.

Controls changed and Im not happy. Still use to the old controls and they'res nothing to do about it but stop being a bitch and deal with it. Which isn't too hard

Story still seems sweat from where I am and cant wait to end it and do it again with all 6 voices for no good reason.
